Janitorial & Housekeeping

High-standard janitorial services for corporate and institutional environments, focusing on cleanliness and hygiene.

Scope of work

  1. Office and restroom cleaning
  2. Floor and carpet deep care
  3. Glass and window cleaning
  4. Public space maintenance
  5. Post-construction cleaning
  6. Water tank cleaning
  7. Uniformed staff under a site supervisor
  8. Attendance register, daily audit sheet and complaint register
  9. Cleaning materials and machines supplied by us
  10. Daily and scheduled maintenance

Work is scheduled around how the building is actually used, so maintenance and repair cause as little disruption to daily operations as the job allows. Teams are supervised, and requests are tracked through a single account manager.

How a janitorial contract actually runs

A site gets a team sized to the building, not to a price. A small office takes three or four people; a university campus of a few hundred thousand square feet takes ten, split across an early shift and a day shift so the building is clean before it fills and stays clean while it is in use.

Each site has a supervisor who is accountable for it. The supervisor keeps an attendance register, a daily audit sheet covering what was done on each floor, and a complaint register that anyone in the building can write in. Those three documents are what turn cleaning from a promise into something you can check on a Tuesday afternoon.

Staff wear a company uniform with a label. Cleaning materials, machines and consumables come from us and are costed inside the monthly rate, so there is no separate materials bill arriving later.

What a public-sector buyer checks before awarding

If the contract goes out as an open tender, the evaluation is a checklist before it is a price. Registration and tax standing, an experience list with work orders and covered area, an equipment list with purchase receipts, a staff list, and increasingly proof that wages are actually paid on time.

We have been through this since 2018 and the file is kept ready: FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority registrations, PPRA supplier number, bank certificate, work orders and completion certificates from named institutions, and salary disbursement sheets signed by the workers themselves. Some buyers require wages paid by a fixed date each month whether or not they have paid us, and that condition has been met on live contracts.

Where the work goes beyond cleaning

Buildings rarely want a cleaning crew that can only clean. Our site teams include people who can clear a blocked drain, change a tube light or fix a loose fitting without raising a separate job for it.

Where more is needed, the same account handles it: the electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC trades are in-house, so a facility can keep one contract and one point of contact instead of running a cleaning tender and three maintenance tenders.

When buildings call us

  • Cleaning standards have slipped and nobody is supervising the work
  • A building needs daily coverage rather than periodic visits
  • Post-construction or post-refurbishment cleaning is needed before handover
  • Restrooms and public areas need a schedule that holds through the day
  • Floors and carpets need deep care beyond routine cleaning

Before you call

Do you provide daily staff or scheduled visits?

Both. Daily and scheduled maintenance are available, with the pattern set by how the building is used.

Is post-construction cleaning covered?

Yes. Post-construction cleaning is part of the scope, along with floor and carpet deep care and glass and window cleaning.

Are the cleaning staff supervised?

Yes. Deployed teams work under supervision rather than being left unaccompanied on site.

Tell us what needs attention.

Describe the system, the building, and how soon you need someone on site. We come and look before quoting.
