AC repair and servicing
Most calls start the same way. A unit that cooled fine last week is running without cooling, tripping as soon as it starts, or dripping into a ceiling. The fault is usually one of a handful of things: gas that has leaked out, a gas valve that is not holding, a PC board that has failed, or a unit that has simply gone too long without a service.
We check the unit on site before quoting, because the cost of a gas charge and the cost of a board replacement are not close, and guessing helps nobody. Split systems and package units are both within scope, along with the electrical side of an installation rather than only the mechanical side. After a major repair, testing and commissioning confirms the unit is holding its temperature before we leave.
Maintenance before the summer load
Lahore summers decide when AC systems fail. A unit that was left uncleaned through winter is the one that gives up in May, usually on the hottest day, usually in the room that can least afford it. Scheduled maintenance ahead of that load costs less than the emergency it prevents.
For offices, hospitals, laboratories and hotels we plan the maintenance calendar around how the building is used, so units come offline when their area is clear instead of mid-shift. A laboratory or server room that has to hold a temperature band is treated as a priority, because drift there is not a comfort problem.

Do you service package units as well as split systems?
Yes. Package unit maintenance, gas valve and charging work, PC board replacement, and both the mechanical and electrical side of an HVAC installation are all within scope.
Can we put HVAC on a maintenance contract instead of calling each time?
Yes. Scheduled preventive maintenance is the usual arrangement for institutional buildings, planned around the building’s own calendar rather than ours.
Do you handle testing and commissioning after a repair?
Yes. Testing and commissioning support is part of the HVAC scope, including after a major repair or a unit replacement.
