Awais Traders & Services has worked in Lahore since 2015, providing HVAC, electrical, mechanical, civil, building maintenance, facility management, janitorial, repair and technical supply services to commercial, institutional, government, industrial and corporate clients.
What the company actually does.
The work is technical contracting and facility support: keeping buildings, systems and plant running for organisations that cannot absorb the cost of them stopping.
Our focus is reliable service, quality workmanship, safety, timely execution, responsive communication and long-term client relationships. In practice that means being reachable, turning up, and staying accountable for the outcome.
The firm started in 2015 with janitorial contracts for private offices and factories in Lahore, and won its first open government tender in 2018. Technical work grew out of those contracts: buildings that already had our staff on site started asking for the electrical, HVAC and mechanical jobs as well.
Documented work experience includes supply orders, maintenance services, janitorial contracts, HVAC-related support, repair work, technical services and facility support across the government, educational and hospitality sectors.
