Facility Management

Optimize your facility's efficiency with our professional management services. We provide a single point of contact for all technical needs.

Scope of work

  1. Single point of contact
  2. Dedicated account manager
  3. Consolidated service handling
  4. Technical staff deployment
  5. Service request tracking
  6. Routine inspections
  7. Customized facility plans

Work is scheduled around how the building is actually used, so maintenance and repair cause as little disruption to daily operations as the job allows. Teams are supervised, and requests are tracked through a single account manager.

Who takes the call

Most facility problems start with someone not knowing who to phone. A fault could belong to the electrician, the plumber or the AC contractor, and the person reporting it has no way to tell. In practice that means the request is passed between departments until somebody gives up or it gets forgotten.

With a dedicated account manager, the answer is always the same person. They take the call whichever trade the fault turns out to belong to, send the right team, and follow the request until it is closed. You deal with one contact and receive one invoice.

Staff on site, under supervision

Where a building needs people on the ground rather than on call, we deploy technical staff to the site. Each deployment is documented: the client receives a letter naming the people sent and their designations, and any change of staff is made with the client’s knowledge.

The team works under a supervisor who keeps the attendance register and a daily checklist, which gives the facility manager something concrete to review. Staff are supervised by us, so you are not left managing individual workers.

Routine inspections

Inspections are the part of facility work that disappears first when a building is busy. Nobody is responsible for walking a floor with a checklist, so a loose fitting, a leaking joint or a failing fixture is found by the person it inconveniences rather than by someone looking for it.

We build the inspection schedule into the arrangement and run it, so problems are found on a round and fixed as ordinary work instead of as an emergency.

One contract for a procurement committee

A committee choosing a contractor has to justify the choice on paper. Four trade contracts mean four sets of registrations to check, four renewals to track and four vendors to hold to account.

One contract with a single registered firm is easier to evaluate and easier to manage. Our registration numbers are printed on the About page, the work orders and completion certificates behind them are kept ready, and the plan is written around the building rather than taken from a template.

When buildings call us

  • Service requests are being lost between departments and vendors
  • A site needs technical staff on the ground rather than on call
  • Multiple buildings need one point of accountability
  • Procurement wants a single contract instead of several
  • Inspections are being missed because nobody is scheduling them

Before you call

What does a dedicated account manager actually do?

They take the call regardless of which trade the problem turns out to belong to, track the request through to completion, and keep the routine inspection schedule moving.

Can you deploy staff on site rather than attending call-outs?

Yes. Technical staff deployment is part of this service, with the work carried out under supervision.

Can a plan be built around our specific site?

Yes. Facility plans are customised to the building and how it operates, rather than applied from a template.

Tell us what needs attention.

Describe the system, the building, and how soon you need someone on site. We come and look before quoting.
